We recognize that you have a myriad of choices when choosing an alternative healthcare practitioner. Here at LAAMC, we provide a blend of proven ancient practices with cutting edge modern technologies.

We always strive to provide you with the best care possible. If there is anything we can do to make your visit more pleasant, or your healthcare more complete and balanced, please do not hesitate to let us know. Before Your Visit...

In an effort to better serve you we have compiled a check list to help you prepare for your visit:

Wear something very comfortable and loose fitting.
Please allow approximately 1.5 hours for your first visit and 45 minutes for subsequent visits.
Payments in the form of Visa, MasterCard, cash, and check are collected at the time of service.
Please try to arrive about 10 minutes prior to your appointment time.
All new patients: Please fill out the New Patient Forms and send them to [email protected].
Patients receiving facial acupuncture (allergic rhinitis): In addition to the above forms, please also sign the Facial Acupuncture Consent Form to bring to your appointment.
