Cancellation/No Show Policy

Dear Patient,

At LA Alternative Medical Center, we set aside time for each patient and​ reserve a specific appointment in our schedule for you. Appointments are coordinated in advance to provide our patients with the best quality care. Should you need to cancel your appointment, please let our office know as soon as possible and no later than 24 hours. 


A cancellation fee of $40.00 will be charged to the patient if th​e appointment is cancelled without 24 hour notice. This cancellation fee also applies to  patients who are considered a No Show.
